Invertebrate Week 2026!

Invertebrate Week is back at Swan Lake Nature Sanctuary! Come by the Nature House between March 17th to the 21st to explore the wonderfully diverse world of invertebrates - the miraculous creatures that make up over 95% of earth’s animal species! There will be various living invertebrates, informational displays, and invertebrate-themed activites. Each day, guest speakers and educators will join us to deliver programs on fascinating invertebrate topics.

Where: The Nature House - 3873 Swan Lake Road

When: Tuesday March 17th - Saturday March 21st. 10:00am - 4:00pm each day.

Presentation & Workshop Sessions: 11:00am-12:00pm & 1:00-2:00pm each day. Pre-registration is highly reccommended for presentation sessions as space is limited. Full Schedule coming soon!

Who: Everyone welcome! All sessions are well suited for children, adults and seniors of all ages unless otherwise noted.

Cost: Nature House admission and presentation sessions are by donation unless otherwise noted. Suggested donation: $8/person
