Junior Stewards Pro-D Day Camp - Wetland Champions

Join us for a day of hands-on learning about wetlands, watersheds, and the amazing properties of water!  Children will explore the water cycle, learn about the watershed surrounding Swan Lake, and take part in science exploration at the lake. This primarily-outdoor camp will have kids learn how to become Junior Stewards and wetland champions for our future!

This camp is also a great opportunity for home learners to take part in for a full-day of programming related to curricular competencies for Science and Social Studies.

Stewardship is about creating a sense of connection, care, and responsibility for each other and the natural world that supports us. At Junior Stewards camp, participants learn about different ecosystems, engage in hands-on restoration, take part in nature-based activities and spend time exploring the outdoors with our environmental educators.

Please dress ready to spend the day outside in current weather conditions. This includes rain and/or sun protection and weather appropriate footwear with socks.

Bring a backpack, lunch, snacks, and a water bottle.
 

Cancellation policy: Cancellations requested more than 72 hours before the start of the program will be subject to a 25% fee. Cancellations requested within less than 72 hours before the start of the program, or any no-shows, are non-refundable.
