Junior Stewards Pro-D Day Camp - Garry Oak Ecosystems

Stewardship is about creating a sense of connection, care, and responsibility for each other and the natural world that supports us. At Junior Stewards camp, participants will learn about different ecosystems, engage in hands-on restoration, take part in nature-based activities and spend time exploring the outdoors with our environmental educators.

Wildflowers, pollinators, songbirds, OH MY! During this Pro-D day, we will explore what makes the endangered Garry Oak ecosystem so special and learn about how small actions can make a big impact.

Time: 9:00am-3:00pm
Who: 6-12 year olds
Cost: $60 early bird price; $75 starting May 2
 

Please dress ready to spend the day outside in current weather conditions. This includes rain and/or sun protection and weather appropriate footwear with socks.

Bring a backpack, lunch, snacks, and a water bottle.
 

Cancellation policy: Cancellations requested more than 72 hours before the start of the program will be subject to a 25% fee. Cancellations requested within less than 72 hours before the start of the program, or any no-shows, are non-refundable.
