Junior Stewards Pro-D Day Camp - Junior Birders

Stewardship is about creating a sense of connection, care, and responsibility for each other and the natural world that supports us. At Junior Stewards camp, participants will learn about different ecosystems, engage in hands-on restoration, take part in nature-based activities and spend time exploring the outdoors with our environmental educators. 

February theme: Junior Birders
Birding is a fun and accessible way to connect with and observe nature almost anywhere! This Pro-D day, we will introduce the Junior Stewards to the world of birding. We will learn basic ID skills, discover which birds live and visit Swan Lake, and learn about how to help protect our feathered friends!

Cost: $60 early bird price; $75 starting February 1

Please dress ready to spend the day outside in current weather conditions. This includes rain and/or sun protection and weather appropriate footwear with socks.

Bring a backpack, lunch, snacks, and a water bottle.
 

Cancellation policy: Cancellations requested more than 72 hours before the start of the program will be subject to a 25% fee. Cancellations requested within less than 72 hours before the start of the program, or any no-shows, are non-refundable.
