School / Group Bookings

Our wide range of educational opportunities at Swan Lake Nature Sanctuary strive to inspire and empower participants to support local habitats by taking action in their local communities.

Before choosing your program, please note the maximum size and content suitability for your group. If you are not sure which experience would best suit your group's needs, please email programs@swanlake.bc.ca and include: 

• How many people are in your group
• The age of the participants (e.g. children, youth, adults, seniors)
• A little bit about the needs or interests of your group

If you are interested in a day or time not listed on this calendar, please email programs@swanlake.bc.ca as we still may be able to accommodate your group. 

Cancellation Policy

• We require 48 hours notice for cancellations with a full refund
• Any cancellation within 48 hours before the class starts or any no-shows are non-refundable
• If you need to change your date, please get in touch with us at programs@swanlake.bc.ca as soon as you can (two week's notice is required) to see if an alternate day / time can be arranged. 
• It puts a lot of strain on a small non-profit organization to offer refunds or make last minute changes; we appreciate your understanding!

• Winter Animals: Movin', Snoozing' and Groovin' (Max 30 participants) - Recommended for K-Grade 4
• Wetlands Wonders (Max 20 participants) - Recommended for K-Grade 12
• Big & Little (Max 25 participants) - Recommended for Ages 3-5
• Guided Tour - Ecology (Max 12 participants) - Recommended for Ages 10+
• Guided Tour - Native Plant Garden (Max 12 participants) - Recommended for Ages 10+
• Guided Tour - Cultural History (Max 12 participants) - Recommended for Ages 10+
